About Jenny

Jenny Ojakovoh (RSHom)

Registered Homeopath

I am a registered homeopath with the Society of Homeopaths and have a BSc Hons degree from Purton House School of Homeopathy, Thames Valley University.

I have been involved with homeopathy for over 20 years, having found it to be an beautifully eloquent system of holistic medicine, capable of bringing about remarkable changes in the individual and subsequent relief from distressing physical and emotional symptoms that the body may produce when under stress. It is helpful to anyone of any age and level of health, including pregnant women, newborns and the elderly.

I see patients with a range of challenging health issues including eczema, asthma, urinary and heart issues, hormonal disturbances, as well as those patients suffering from the effects of emotional experiences such as shock and grief – I have found homeopathy to be exceptionally helpful in such cases, bringing relief and healing to patients.

I believe that health is more than merely an absence of unwelcome symptoms; each symptom is part of the body’s language to express disease, or literally “dis-ease”.  For this reason I view each patient as an individual when taking a case.  I practise homeopathy from an essentially classical background, drawing on homeopathic practice and philosophy developed by Hahnemann over 200 years ago.  Treatment can often result in a dramatic positive shift in health, but one which is both gentle and completely in harmony with the body’s natural energy.

Prior to becoming a homeopath I studied for a BA Hons degree in French literature at London University.  I have lived and worked in France and Australia, returning to the UK to bring up three children.  I am a registered member of The Society of Homeopaths and have appeared on Radio Marlow talking about homeopathy for the family.
